Fees Payment

  • All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • 3% late fee will be payable if payment is received after the start of the program.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, the class slots may be released to the next student in the waiting list.

  • Special Inclusion reserves the right to refuse attendance if payment has not been received by the due date.

  • All fees are subject to review and revision.

Payment Modes

  • We accept payments by PayNow and Internet/ATM bank transfer.

  • All payments must be received in FULL on or before the payment due date.

  • We do not accept credit card payments.

Waiver of Rights and Release of Liability

By enrolling your child in our programs at Special Inclusion Pte Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that participation in physical development activities, including but not limited to swimming, hydrotherapy, martial arts, self-defense, fitness, and other related activities, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic or emotional loss.

  2. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my child’s participation in these activities, regardless of whether such risks arise from the negligence or other acts or omissions of Special Inclusion Pte Ltd or its employees, agents, or representatives.

  3. Release and Waiver: In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in these activities, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, and discharge Special Inclusion Pte Ltd and its employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in these activities. This waiver and release do not include injury, damage, or loss as a result of the intentional or reckless acts of the Released Parties.

  4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in these activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

  5. Medical Authorization: I grant permission for Special Inclusion Pte Ltd to authorize medical treatment as necessary for my child in the event of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

  6. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree that my child and I will comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions of Special Inclusion Pte Ltd and its employees and agents. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in my child’s dismissal from the program without refund.

  7. Governing Law: This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this waiver and release shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

  8. Severability: If any provision of this waiver and release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Withdrawal Policy

  • If a student wants to withdraw from any class, he/she will need to give us at least one (1) month’s notice before the last lesson.

  • A withdrawal form is to be completed and submitted to the Centre Manager.

  • No refunds will be given for unused portions of the fees.

Cancellation and Replacement Lessons

Medical reasons or school event

  • The client will be charged full fees if the session is canceled within 8 hours before the session.

  • If your child is unable to attend class a replacement class can be scheduled.

  • Replacement classes have to be completed within one month, otherwise, it will be forfeited.

  • Replacement classes are subject to the availability of classes, especially on weekends.

  • Payment for a full term remains applicable even if your child misses any class.

  • The center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any point of time during the term due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any cancellations made by Special Inclusion will be refunded with make-up sessions only.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Special Inclusion reserves the right to replace or change class teachers without prior notice.

  • Special Inclusion reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
