A variety of gentle movement practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Pilates. These exercises are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and overall mobility, fostering longevity in movement and daily activities.
Programs include functional fitness exercises for maintaining gross motor skills as well as exercises to teach breakfalls and fall recovery.
Rehab-focused exercises: Water-based activities to aid muscle repair and resistance band exercises on dry land to maintain muscle strength and mobility.
Role-playing games and activities like miniature painting help improve focus and fine motor skills, while using cognitive exercises like LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to enhance problem-solving, creativity, and mental flexibility.
